The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and operational support to Premier Equipment’s leadership teams. This role bridges the gap between corporate HR and store operations, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives. The HRBP will proactively engage with leaders and employees to foster a positive culture, drive retention, and support talent development while providing hands-on assistance with HR processes.
The HRBP will support approximately 10 stores in Eastern Ontario. The location of the successful candidate can be anywhere in Eastern Ontario with the expectation that travel will be necessary. Flexibility in the exact location of the successful candidate but should be between East of the GTA and Kingston.
