What You'll Be Doing

As our Shipper/Receiver, you will be a reliable and detail‑oriented team member to support our parts and equipment operations through accurate receiving, shipping, and organizational duties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow between departments and other locations and maintaining an efficient, well‑organized environment.

Responsibiliites

• Responsible for receiving / unloading / loading large parts orders and small equipment orders and verifying the accuracy and condition of all incoming and outgoing orders.
• Receiving bundles and attachments and coordinating storage and delivery to shop for installation.
• Organizing skids and shipping stands and preparing them for returns to suppliers.
• Organizing parts within receiving and shipping area along with the warehouse as needed.
• Loading and unloading intercompany transfer trucks included whole goods and parts transfers
• Organizing intercompany shipments to ensure proper and efficient transition between routes.
• Keeping storage areas clean and organized.
• Operation of forklift when necessary.
• Other associated tasks as required by the Service and Parts Managers.

Qualifications

• Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of office /departmental procedures.
• General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
• Fork lift license is an asset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Some heavy lifting is required.
• D-Z license an assets, but not required.
